Design and implementation of a global Job Rotation program for Footwear Operations

 

  • Analysis of  exchange options (e.g. needed resources, needed qualification, possible capacities for receiving candidates) in close cooperation with HR colleagues in the relevant areas at HQ in Germany, in the USA and in Asia
  • Analysis of operational aspects regarding expatriate management for the candidates (residence and work permits, relocation, etc.), calculation of cost
  • Negotiation with the works council
  • Final design of program, communication of program within the organization
  • Selection of candidates in close cooperation with HR colleagues abroad
  • Steering/operational implementation of candidate transfers incl. operational support to participants
