- Detailed planning of implementation phases worldwide including all communication
- Ensure formal and legal compliance of all changes
- Negotiation with the works council
- Take on board managment worldwide ( information meetings on functionality and advantages of matrix, communication strategy, legal aspects, dealing with possible resistance, etc.)
- Implementation of communication strategy
- Implementation of all related HR measures; conducting transfer and termination meetings at HQ and at subsidiaries
- Planning and implementation of recruitment activities for new hires and replacement hires, national and international
- Coaching of managers during implementation
